  • 1.5oz Mezcal Reposado
  • 0.5oz Kin White Whiskey
  • 0.75oz Chinola
  • 0.75oz Orgeat
  • 0.75oz Lime

Combine and shake all ingredients. Double strain into rocks glass. Garnish with angostura bitters, lime zest, and mint plouche.

ISLA VERDE

  • 1.5oz Mezcal Ensamble
  • 0.5oz Kalani Coconut
  • 0.25oz Ancho Reyes Verde
  • 0.5oz Lime
  • 0.25oz Simple
  • 2-3 Cucumber Slices

Combine and shake all ingredients. Double strain into Collins glass. Garnish with cucumber ribbon and top with club soda.

ESPRESS YOURSELF

  • 2oz Cristalino
  • 0.5oz Montenegro
  • 0.5oz Vanilla Syrup
  • 1.5oz Fresh Espresso
  • 1 Dash Angostura Bitters
  • Orange Peel

Combine and shake all ingredients (yes, shake the orange peel too). Double strain into your favorite martini glass. Garnish with three espresso beans.

NIXANORA

  • 2oz Bacanora
  • 0.25oz Nixta Licor
  • 0.25oz Chipotle Honey
  • 0.125oz (1 Barspoon) Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 Dash Chocolate Bitters

Combine and stir all ingredients, strain over a large cube in an old fashioned glass. Garnish with an expressed orange peel.

  • 2oz Sotol
  • 0.25oz Cointreau
  • 0.5oz Pineapple
  • 0.5oz Lemon
  • 0.25oz Simple
  • 1 TBSP Fig Jam

Combine and shake all ingredients. Double strain into a tall glass with pebble ice. Garnish with fresh rosemary and Mexican tarragon.
